Mona et Toi

Mona et Toi is the artist project of French-born Alison Manicourt and London-born Iranian Shervin Hejazi. As award-nominated composers for moving images, the duo have composed for films, documentaries, brands and creative directors - among them Vogue, Lanvin, Stella McCartney, Tod’s, Ezra Petronio and Mert Alas. Mona et Toi is their independent expression as recording artists. Since their debut release "When You Hold Me Tight" in 2020, their singles have been featured by Disco Naïveté, Vein Magazine, La Vague Parallele, and Tsugi Radio, among others. Their second release "I Wrote You A Letter" sparked the interest of French distributor Groover Obsessions, with whom they released their subsequent singles. Their independently produced music videos have been nominated for a New Generation Award two years running at Berlin Commercial & Fashion Film Festival 2022, 2023 . The duo just finished their debut EP which will be released later this year.
